How to manage QR codes
You can share your Glaze Experience using Links. Links are available in the Glaze Manager menu.
Create a Link
To create a link to a Glaze Experience follow these steps:
From the Links Menu page in Glaze Manager, click Create a new Link button
Specify a name for your Link
Select which experience should open when link is used
Click Save button
You now have a link to your experience and a generated QR Code than you can share with your customer:
Display link on web site
Print QR code and have visible for you customers
Send link or QR code using some messenger app
Share on your social media or website
Multi Targets for Link
In some cases you might want to have many different links pointing to the same experience.
Enable Multi Target for Link
When creating or editing a Link you can click the Enable Multi Target for Link checkbox. Doing so you are telling Glaze that you want to create a separate link for each Target (like a table in a restaurant or a room in a hotel). All links will take customers to the same experience but with information about the target.
Specify targets for Link
When enabling multi target for Link you have to specify the targets. This is simply done by entering the identifiers for each target:
Examples
- 1, 2, 3, 4, ... for table numbers
- 101, 102, 103, 201, 202, ... for hotel rooms
Glaze now generates a set of Links (QR codes) for you, 1 link per target (if you specify 5 targets you'll get 5 different links). You can see this by using the Link Export functionality in Link Editor:
