To enable Live Order Tracking you must go to Settings, then Checkout, and tick Live Order Tracking. 

Once ticked, you have activated a feature within the order confirmation page on the guest's side, that enables them to see the status of their orders. Whenever you change the Delivery Status of an Order, it will reflect in a visibly changes status on the oder confirmation page for the guest:
